Pricing
1. TIME & MATERIAL: We charge $85.00 per hour per person with a 2 hour minimum. We bill in 15-minute increments after the first 2 hours. Materials are billed separate from the hourly rate
2. GUTTER CLEANING*: Prices are contigent on the size and configuration of your house.
- 1 story: $185.00
- 2 stories: $225.00
- 3 stories: $295.00
* Additional charges may apply for cleaning off the roof and cleaning the gutters of a detached garage.
3. DECK CLEANING & STAINING: $3.00 per square foot (includes labor & materials)
4. DRYER VENT CLEANING*:
- $185.00 within 10' of wall to outside
- $210.00 if over 10' to wall
* does not include materials
5. CHIMNEY CLEANING & EVALUATION*:
- 1 story: $185.00
- 2 stories: $225.00
- 3 stories: $295.00
* additional charges may apply if you have a tile roof or the chimney extends more than 5 feet above the roof.
