Gutter and Downspouts

Honey Do Repair will clean the gutters and the collector pipes (downspouts), and if possible flush out all underground drainage systems to insure no clogs. If we do find a clog in the underground system a separate proposal will be prepared to clear the clog.  We will install  collector pipe guards. Any materials found in the gutters will be put in customer’s garbage can if space allows.  The house will be washed off if  necessary to wash off any soil left from the gutter cleaning process.  Customer should be home or leave key so we can check for water leads around doors and windows. The technician will prepare a proposal for any other necessary work noted.   There is an additional charge for removal of screens and the replacement of screening material.  Homes with height greater than a story and a half will require two people to clean the gutters for safety purposes.

The cost of cleaning the gutters on a standard one story Craftsman’s style home  is $185.00 Your service technician will give you a Firm Price to clean larger homes when he or she comes out to do the work. 

The cost of cleaning the gutters on a standard two story home on a flat lot is $225.00 Your service technician will give you a Firm Price to clean larger homes when he or she comes out to do the work.

The cost of cleaning the gutters on a standard two story home on a sloped lot is $250.00 Your service technician will give you a Firm Price to clean larger homes when he or she comes out to do the work.

The cost of cleaning the gutters on a standard three story home is $250.00 Your service technician will give you a Firm Price to clean larger homes when he or she comes out to do the work.
